NLP Secret to Build Self Confidence

Here is how I used the NLP Secret for when I was a lone at a group meeting.

I have to tell you first, I am pretty much a loner. I never really liked to be in crowds. Never had a huge interest in being a social butterfly. I like to keep to myself. That is where I am more comfortable.

There are times though, when I had to go to parties alone or seminars or group meetings. Perhaps you have experienced this yourself? Anyway … I would be the guy alone in the corner or against the wall.

For me, this is an agonizing time. Everybody is talking to everybody … and then there is me, feeling sorry for myself, feeling all left out. Not having fun.

So, did a little pre-work before my next uncomfortable meeting using the NLP Secret for three things:

  1. shyness
  2. feeling left out
  3. feeling inferior

The results … drum roll … felt pretty good.

Sort of surprised that I felt reasonable comfortable the whole time … and I even could talk to strangers.

Now, I will tell you that was not the life of the gathering. Never wanted to be … but I did not feel out of place or uncomfortable. I did not feel inferior. That to me was a blessing.

How long did it take for me to re-program? I’d say 20 minutes for all three.

Do I still have more things I would like to work on in this scenario? Absolutely.

Self improvement is always needed. I will continue to constantly improve … one or two issues at a time.

Give it a try on your issues … shyness, self confidence, anxiety, inferiority … etc.

Here is the official site The NLP Secret.

Enjoy.
